Maato Lab
Maato Lab is an ingenious way to help farmers with measuring the soil quality of their farms. We have designed a system that is cheap and accessible to farmers in remote regions. They do not need to travel hours and hours to reach an agriculture center to measure the soil’s quality, instead, they can easily test it at their home.
We worked for two days researching and making the 3d model of the prototype to show to the judges.

The pitch was then presented to the Judges where we delved into its feasibility and market size in depth and how it will impact the farmers in the remote region of Nepal or any developing or under-developed countries.
This was a project proposed during the Techcamp 2022 organized by Glocal Pvt. Ltd. – Glocal is a consulting company that offers services in education, youth development, and skill development. They work with businesses, governments, and other organizations. Glocal Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2000. The company’s mission is to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
After the presentation, we were announced as the Winner of Techcamp 2022 with a cash prize of Rs. 30,000 ($280).
